Reservations are not valid until the deposit is received. 4.Change of reservation must be made seven days in advance of the arrival day. The changed dates must be within 3 months of the original reservation date. Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable. 5.Cancellation of reservation must be made seven days in advance of the arrival day. Ten percent of room rate will be charged for cancellation penalty. The deposit is not refundable if cancellation is not made seven days in advance of arrival day. 6.If the flights or ferries are cancelled due to weather conditions (typhoons are common in summer), revervation can be rescheduled on the arrival day. The changed dates must be within 3 months of the original reservation date as well. 7.Smoking is strickly prohibited within the premises of our facilities. If you are a smoker, please do not reserve our rooms, If you insist on reserving our rooms, please refrain yourself from smoking indoor. Smoking is allowed only outside our property. 8.We allow one pet under 5 KG inside one of our first floor rooms. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet with you. We will reject your check-in if you bring your pet without prior notice.
